Right click 'My Computer' Select 'Properties' Then select 'Advanced' Then on 'Start Up and Recovery' select 'Settings' then Where it says 'Default Operating System' Choose the OS you want to show at Boot and untick both the boxes below that. Then click ok!

Hope this works

Thanks for replies,tried vistabootpro but it seems you need vista installed?TC1 have just tried what you have said,and there is only one os to boot,but it doesnt seem right ie-
[boot loader]
timeout=60
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /FASTDETECT /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN /USEPMTIMER

do you know if this is ok? :(
