Dual DVI media center card?

Hi, I've just built a PC for MCE and I'm a graphics card short of a complete system. This won't be used for gaming, only for media stuff, and will be outputting to an LCD TV as well as a Projector, so Dual DVI is a must.

The other priority is for it to be pretty quiet, for obvious reasons.

I'm looking for something to satisfy the Vista requirement of 256Mb memory for the future too.

Don't really want to spend loads either, definitely not more than £100, the less the better.
I have been looking at the 7600GS for about £80 but I would like to hear your comments.
Thanks

If you're planning on only using it for playing media then maybe you might want to hold off until there are plenty of cards around supporting HDCP. At the moment almost no graphics cards have this. I don't actually know when there will be a lot of these cards in retail though, and of course if you're not planning on watching protected HD content then it does'nt matter anyway.

Well yes it probably would. You`ll pay a premium for any daul dvi card new. Look on members market for a 2nd hand daul dvi to keep costs down.

ta! I think I'll get into protected HD content when there's a good selection of it available. For now I think I'll just get a cheapy card that will suffice until the HD thing is in full swing.

I saw these two cards:

XFX GeForce 6800 XT Extreme Edition 256MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (PVT42E-UDE3) (GX-067-XF) £88.07

and

XFX GeForce PCX6600 Extreme XXX Edition 256MB DDR2 TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (PVT43-PUDS7) (GX-058-XF) £82.19

What do you reckon to these?

PS - Oh and where's this members market? Do you need to have a high post count or something?

A 7600GS is better for an HTPC than both of those cards.

Its passive and it has more Purevideo features compared the 6600/6800.

You really cant go wrong with a 7600.

aaaaaah great.

So this one would be a good one to go for?:

Leadtek GeForce 7600 GS SILENT 256MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-082-LT) £88.07

I like the word 'SILENT' in there, sounds promising.

excellent thanks.

The cheapest one is the top one which is a BFG 3DFuzion for £76.32 but there's no mention of it being Dual DVI. But I found a review on a BFG Fuzion on the www and that one did have dual DVI. Any way of knowing for sure?
cheers
