I'm looking for a way to store wedding photos (we're wedding photographers) on to an external hard drive that both myself and my wife can access.

I've seen the DuoDock

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-060-AK

Which is basically what I'm looking for, buying two - one for both of us. Then we would just slot the hard drive in with the photos we need to access and then once complete store it away. The only issue with this is that there is no redundancy.

So, I was hoping someone might know of something similar to the DuoDock but with Raid 1 built in, so slotting two drives (obviously the same ones each time) and then when copying across photos it auto mirrors so both drives are copies of each other.

Anything out there like that?

TIA

We have a NAS box with 2 x 1TB (mirrored) but we would like a way to archive previous weddings and since HDDs are pretty cheap these days and the fact we are going to eventually be in to many TBs means we need something that's easily scalable which is why I thought the docking idea would be good.

We could get a Drobo or something like it but again once it's filled we would have to swap out all four drives and I've no idea if drobo can handle hot swapping of a complete disk set. Blu-Ray would be good to back up to if it wasn't so expensive per GB (each wedding is about 45gb). :(
