Dungeon Keeper II Issue

Afternoon gents,

I recently re-installed DKII as it's one of my favourite games, but i have 1 issue which is i can't save!

I go to save, and the guy says "Game Saved" but when i exit and go to load the save there's nothing there

Anybody had this problem before and did you find a fix?

Have you tried doing a quick save using the keyboard shortcut and then loading a new game and using quick load to see if it has worked?

Permissions problem. You've installed it to the Program Files folder, and DK2 doesn't know about UAC permissions - programs can't write to the Program Files folder anymore, so it tries to write the save but has no write access. Install it outside of the Program Files folder, or try running it as an administrator and that should fix the problem

This is a great game but I have never got it to run reliably on anything other than XP. What OS are you using?
