but they didnt quite fit behind the mesh at the front so a little modding was required ;)

after a little bit of pliers work it looked a bit like this, aint too clear but they are bent to about 30 degrees.. i did this to allow a small bit of extra room between the fan and these bit so the grille woudl fit :D

and here's the finished case :D did it to both front fans and also put on in the side window vent to be sure :D hehe , barely notice any incerease in temp, front fans are on med now to keep the air flow up but its all good :D

Cool man. That's different to how I did it. I simply screwed the plastic backing 'plate' to the case, rested the foam filter ontop, and then screwed the mesh drive covers in.

EDIT: Unless yours is the same? and I'm missing something.

Isnt that harder because you have to take out the hdd cages to get to clean the filters?
Its much easier just blowing out the fans and inside the case, then cleaning the filters?

Just buy a wetndry hoover for £30 with a blower on it,, I blow my fans and case out with 1 every 2months or so, and it takes like 5mins todo. I couldnt be bothered taking all the hdd cages out to clean the filters.

Edit: Or just put black foam over the front of your case where the fans are.. Sorted..lol

Im thinking about trying that idea of mine, buying some black foam and cut it so the the 2 plastic front panels hold the foam in place. I guess I whould need the foam to be nice and thin so the air can pass through it easily?
