Dust on the sensor and cleaning

Just cleaned mine for the first with a Sensor Swab, well three actually! I've owned the camera less than a month and although it was only two bits of dust once I knew they were there I could see them in my pics so had to clean it. I was suprised it took three goes though! I was also suprised at the cost!

Does it normally take a few goes or did I just get unlucky?

Roll on more anti-dust systems in camera!

I did use a dust blower first and did shift one of the bits of dust but the other bit refused to move so I reached for the Sensor Swabs.
