Hi, ordered an item from OCUK on Thursday night, it got dispatched Friday by OCUK, expecting delivery for today. Nothing has shown up, last time i used DX Shipping next day, it spammed me with emails and kept me informed, nada this time.
Upon entering the tracking info i get this "Sorry, this combination of tracking number and postcode do not correspond with our records. Please check and try again"
This isn't a "I need help, i want my parcel" thread, as I know only contacting OCUK directly will yield those sort of answers. But has anyone had problems with this courier recently? Just so I know if it's a one off thing or I should pick an alternative method of shipping next time I purchase.
