DX9 on a £50 budget

I'm skint at the moment but I need to upgrade my prehistoric GF4 to a DX9 capable card (AGP).

So far I've been looking for a 2nd hand 9800pro, any other options worth looking at?

People seem to pay silly money for 2nd hand gear, a quite clearly borked 9800 I was watching went for £31 + £5 p&p
