e6300 + msi 975x Brick Wall

E6300 Allendale
MSI 975X PowerUp Edition
Cellshock DDR2-8000 @ 2.2v 5-5-5-15

Slight problem, I can clock from 1.89GHz to 2.6 with no effort, and vcore set at 1.36v (1:1 371:371)

As soon as I either increase the divider to 1:1.25 or increase the clock by 3mhz it freezes before it enters windows.

Temps are cold, the voltage is stable - Can anyone hazard a guess as to why it isn't going any higher?

Im afraid you might have hit the wall for the overclock on that motherboard there. Consider yourself lucky though as i hit the wall at a paltry 2.20GHz with my motherboard.
