Hi all,

I've justing finished test my first real overlcock and would like some advice on my results and if there's anything else I should try. I'm really happy with the result and increased my benchmark scores by 35%.

- Abit IP35 Pro motherboard

- Core Duo E6750 CPU @ 3.6GHz (450 FSB)
Vcore @ 1.4175 v

- Crucial Ballistix PCS-6400 RAM @ 1.08 GHz (on 1 : 1.2 ratio)
DDR2 @ 2.25 v

- 8800GTS at stock

The idle temps are 31c and 33c and at full load these max out at 64c

Just wondered whether it's worth trying to push the processor or RAM a little further? Are the temps alright?

The next step will be to overclock the GPU but I just wanted to max out the CPU and RAM first.

Thanks in advance.

Oh, similar to me. That processor is jumping quite high from the idle temps to load temps. My E6600 idles at 47/42c and loads at 60c on both cores with 346x9 1.48V. You look to be running a fast and stable overclock, personally I wouldn't try and get more :D.

Nice, as I said I'm really happy with it.

That temp of 64c is the absolute max during stress testing. It's usually around 60-61 but hit 64c a few times.

OK, next step is the GPU overclock.
