EA MMA demo out now 360

Yea DREAM is the big mma promotion there, but there's also Sengoku. But a lot of japanese talent fight for strikeforce now as well, where Uber reem is champ.

You can always watch him at K-1 as well, the final 16 was last week


Despite not getting along with this demo, I'll still get the ******* cause of my love for Bas Rutten :/
 
I was never really a fan of K1, I like the ground game too much, striking is all well and good, but a really good battle between two submission specialists can be just as exciting and certainly more tense.
One of the most exciting fights I ever saw was fought pretty much entirely on the ground, it was Kawajiri vs Gomi at a Pride Bushido event, utterly epic.
Maybe my love of the ground game is why I'm not liking this game as much as UFC, that side of things seems especially weak!
 
I quite like the striking on the right stick but im also a big fan of EA's fight night series which is the same idea, when you get into stick punching it's really quite satisfying.

Also it took EA god knows how many attempts to make a decent boxing game, so in a few years we might see something actually good.

Overeem is now Ubereem or simply the reem, one of the most feared HW's on the planet. He's come along way since Pride, still has a questionable chin mind, but for striking technique & power he might well be unmatched.
