For MMORPG'ers playing online and having a blast with your guild mates & chums as you regale stories of 'l33t', 'n00b' and just shear awesomeness are generally enough.

For some this simply just won't cut it as groups of gamers also like to 'assume' their characters identities to better escape to the online fantasy.

Interesting. I haven't really RP'd in a game since the days of going on MUDs through telnet.
