Eating every 3 hours

Very similar to Intermittent fasting.

Been IFing for a few weeks, tried it before christmas and really liked it so decided to give it another go. I have one big meal post workout, sometimes adding a small snack before hitting the gym. I do have a couple of apples during the day with some some EFAs and BCAAs thrown in, more for something to do at lunchtime than due to being hungry, but caloriewise that barely covers my ride to/from work.
