I plan on getting a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Platinum Fatal1ty 7.1 Champion Series Sound Card. Would the front mounted drive easily be fitted into this case behind the mesh front and be easily accessible without damaging the look of the case??

Pity if he wants to use the front bay though? It's also a pity that creative are the only ones to make front bays

The OP asked if it would still work not your opinion of X-FI cards in Vista (I have zero issues period).
To the OP, it all depends as I guess you mean will the Case Door hit the Front I/0 Panel and will the Remote work.

The Door does not hit the I/0 Panel but I need leave door open to use the remote.
