I bought a projector off ebay. I've found that it is faulty. I sent this to the seller -

Where do I stand?
Hi,
I received the project on the Friday as you said.
However, I'm having some serious problems with this projector I’m afraid. The image it projects is extremely blurry, unwatchable even. My friend has a similar projector (which is why I went for it in the first place) and it does not suffer from anything like this.
I have hooked it up to two different computers and the picture remains blurry. The PC desktop is totally unreadable (faulty DVI / comp res chip?). This isn’t my first projector so I know it shouldn’t be like this!
I have used the SVGA cable you supplied and even my own DVI cable and the problem remains. I have changed a myriad of settings on the PC but to no avail I’m afraid. I’ve tried it at many distances. I’ve tried all the setting and read the manual.
When I plug in my friends projector everything is fine, crisp and clear.
I’m afraid this leads me to believe that the projector is faulty and I’d like to discuss a refund of my money please. I’m happy to return post the item. Did you notice any problems when you had the projector?
I look forward to hearing from you
Tony

Item was sent in perfect working order, no blurry picture when i used it on all connectors was razor sharp, item is only one month old bought from amazon for £399 so is still in warranty you need to contact infocus to arrange a repair free of charge if it has broken, also item was packed in its original box so my packaging can not be at fault.
regards
Peter
