Ebay feedback problem

Hi all,

Seems like im having a bit of trouble with a person off ebay. Basically i bought something off him on 28th april...i didnt get the goods till a week later...i sent him an email asking as to where the goods were...nothing rude or anything like that. Anyways i got a very rude reply back saying if i cant wait for the item then i could always go to a shop and buy it for the full price...my first reaction was to reply back and tell him **** off but i didnt, i just replied back saying ok no worries. Although on his page he said delivery will take around 2 days.

Anyways thats not the problem, now when i got the item i left him feedback...saying good ebayer etc etc...which is what i normally do. Once i receive the goods i always make sure i leave feedback.
Anyways i thought id check my ebay account and as of yet he hasnt left any feedback...by the way ive sent him a couple of emails to remind him that because i have left some feedback...it would be polite if he did the same. As of yet i have had no reply from him nor have i had any feedback.
Now personally i hate this sort of thing and im sure a few of you would be narked off as im literally a newbie when it comes to ebay.

So what are my options now that i left him feedback, can i withdraw my feedback??. I cant see anywhere on ebay that would help me or i must be missing something.

So anyone know what i can do??, dont really want to send him another email as i think 2 reminder emails is more than enough.

Never leave feedback if the other party is in any way an arse.

Forget the feed back nd hope he does.

I have had a few dealings with e bay people who just don't leave feedback. Don't get stressed, some people are just ignorant.

It's probably not worth bothering with, no feedback is better than bad feedback after all. The dude is obviously a ringpiece so I'd forget about it.

if you keep bugging him he will leave neg feedback... don't worry about it, i have used ebay for over 5 years now, and i must have had 100 people not bother leaving feedback, some people just don't bother

Yep, leaving feedback is an option you are not required to leave feedback. At the moment i am awaiting for 6 people to leave it, and have about 70 overall who never. Although it is annoying, no one has to

Cheers guys, i guess ill just leave it. Seems like the fella doesnt know the meaning of politeness and manners.

I bought a load of guff lately and am currently waiting on about 5 people to leave feedback.

One thing that bugs me is buyers withholding feedback until I've left mine, as though my quality as a buyer is somehow conditional on the feedback I leave. Uh... hello guys... I paid with Paypal within seconds of the auction closing, what's not to like? Losers.

yeah if you bug him he may leave bad feedback just to pee you off, and there would be nout you could do

Exactly how i feel, straight after i get the goods i check them to make sure they are ok then leave feedback. But yet they take the payment and wait for me to leave feedback...doesnt make much sense to me if you ask me lol

you see, I think that if payment is on time and eveything is RIGHT as it should be then thats NUTRAL not postaive, they didn't do anything ABOVE the call to get the stuff to you on time, it wasn't eirly, they didn't do anything they didn't HAVE TO DO!
all these people who spam it up with A++++++++++ OMG WINNOR BUYER stuff seem to think that these people are doing somthing MAGICAL for them?
gah, another reason I don't use Ebay/paypal

Lots of people don't leave feedback which is very annoying. I haven't had loads of transactions but I always pay immediately and am really polite. Even so I only have a feedback of 3

(all positive) due to people not bothering. Admittedly one person didn't leave feedback because I left them a neutral, which is a bit rich really as I could easily have left a negative (good communicator, sent items quickly but were clearly not as described). I've never bothered chasing for feedback as I'd rather have a few all positive rather than neutrals or negative in there too. It does suck though.
