Ebay Paypal help - unfair!

Well i sold a phone on ebay, and I said it was in great condition . The person recieved it and he said it wasnt in good condition so he wanted a refund. I was like ok, as long as you send me the phone back and its in the condition I sent it. It came back and doesnt even turn on now, Im not prepared to give him a refund but paypal have held my money in my acount :mad:

what should I do?

Is it exactly the same phone? Ie. is the IMEI the same as it was?

Youve already lost since paypal have gotten involved. The buyer ALWAYS wins.

Is the IMEI number the same? If different, then he's sent back a different phone so tell ebay that. If it is the same phone, then it's probably been damaged in the post, in which case it is your problem.
