Ebay problem

A mate sold a GPU on ebay the other day, and the buyer has told him that the graphic card has bent latches. My mate has asked him for a photo, and had no reply yet.

Any ideas what on earth he means by bent latches? How can a graphic card have bent latches? As far as i was aware the latches were on the motherboard?

That is odd, maybe he means the vent on the end of the card, near the output points, where you screw it to the side of the case? Not really sure what that part is called ... a latch?!
