Sold a motherboard the other day, it was working just fine now the guy has recieved it and claims its dead. This 0 feedback buyer now "Must accept you take it back".

To be honest I want nothing to do with it, it was working fine so it was either damaged in transit or he has broke it himself, or maybe he has just put a dead cpu into it.

What should I do about it, ideally I don't want to pay for a damn thing.

presumably, you accept it back with out refunding, test and inspect it, if its dead and theres no physical damage, refund him.

You checked with him that his PSU etc is all working and everything is connected properly and that he has troubleshooted everything possible?

Yer, help him to troubleshoot everything possible by msn or email or something, its a chore but its better than him sending it back to you.

Make sure you are convinced he has set everything up correctly before accepting a return, however if that does prove to be the case, then you may have to accept it back and test it yourself.

How was it sent, was there any sort of insuance or liability clause on the courier?
