I recently sold a lot of Xbox 360 stuff, games power pack, controllers, memory card etc.
I sold a game for £9.29 plus £2.00 p&p. Anyway despite all my other items being delivered even a VGA lead which went for 0.01p! I posted the game on Monday from London to Aberdeen 1st class, but the guy has not received it. I would have expected it would have been delivered by now. Anyway the item has his address as well as mine on the back, so if it is been misplaced hopefully will be returned back to me.
But anyway the guy after explaining that I had posted it as well as saying if you look at my feedback you can see all my other items had been posted and received he has come back with the following.
I can appreciate his annoyance because he has not yet received it, but he did not request insurance like other games he has also purchased re his feedback.
I suspect that Royal Mail have lost or nicked it, but feel a bit peed that he maybe implying that I did not send it.
How does this stand in Ebays eyes. In my view point I would hope he is not actually trying to con me by saying he has not received it when he actually has?
Help, I hate Ebay for this exact reason, I was only trying to recoup some money after buying a new Xbox 360 after mine died last week

Even tho, i have still payed for an item that i have not yet received. And if you also look at my feedback i bought more than just one game and they have all arived except yours.
If you had done it recorded delivery you would have been able to claim for the loss.
But im out of pocket here so we will need to sort something out?
