Some help please:

As my Paypal account is still in dispute they put a -£38.43 on my account while they review the buyers claim.

Ive just paid my monthly spotify of £10 and noticed paypal have deducted £48.43 instead of £10???

Does this mean when the buyer gets his £38.43 back from me i wont have to pay that again as Paypal have already deducted this amount today??

A tad confused can someone please explain

That's it, Paypal will grab the money from you the first chance they have access to your bank. Now your Paypal balance is back to £0.

Sorry i dont understand ?

So because ive paid the £38 now or should i say Paypal took it when i made a £10 payment to Spotify and the total was £48 including the £38 dispute money

Does that mean when the buyer makes or gets awarded the money,paypal now have the £38 and wont take any more money from my account for this dispute?

That's right, your Spotify payment gave them access to your bank account so they took the disputed payment as well as the expected £10.

Now if the buyer wins they have your money to refund him, if he loses your paypal account will be £38 in credit.

Thats great thanks for explaining mate,ive sent my RM claims form away and now have to wait 30 days for refund from them.

The RM 15 days is tommorow so no doubt Paypal would have refunded the Buyer tommorow anyway,which is far enough obviously,i just have to deal with his negative feedback now,oh well my 1st negative in 8 years cant be bad

All in all i will never sell on Ebay ever again,ive also stopped/changed all my Paypal payments to company's now and change to my Debit card

Our last RM claim only took a couple of weeks to resolve, got the full selling price of the item back.

**Update**

So the dispute has now ended with Paypal refunded the buyer his money as the item is still showing as "In Progress" so ive sent a claim off to the RM.

PP already got the £40 from me when i made a Spotify payment when the dispute was still in progress.

I was left very negative feedback 20 mins after PP ended the dispute, i posted the item proved to PP that the item was posted and the idiot lied and said i messed him around etc and that i was a conman.

So i contacted Ebay to report the Negative feedback ive received and to my amazement they have removed it,very surprised they done this as i know what Ebay are like for stuff like this,so thats panned out well.

I was tempted to send him an email to let him know his lies havent worked but havent bothered,i just have to wait for RM to sort my claim out now,it will be 30 days since i sent the form on the 21st this month.
