I bought an item it was not as described.

Seller stated in their return policy that buyer must pay return fees.

Must I pay them, considering that the item was not properly described.
 
I know a lot of sellers state this, but argue your case and don't let the seller tell you otherwise - they sent goods that were not as described so why on earth should you be out of pocket because of their fault?
