Editing with Premier Pro

I have three bins, from each bin and footage I have created a sequence.

How do I combine each sequence from each bin into one final sequence?

Are you not able make a new sequence and then drag the three pre-existing sequences on to that timeline.
Just make sure you have the project panel visible and you just treat the sequences like any other form of media/layer.
