EK 1080 Block - no IO Shield

Bought a 1080 waterblock, new. Instructions say to install the single slot io shield but there isnt one in the box. Instructions have loads of mentions of 1080ti so......

Should there be one for a 1080?
Can I just reused the standard FE 2 slot one?
