EKB elite 360 aio and 7950x

Hi, I bought this from OcUK for my 7950x, it came with an lg1700 kit with it. Do I need to use the washer and the screws that come with this kit to mount the aio or can I just use the am4 that comes with it? I assume it’s the former? Also, does anyone know what thermal paste comes pre applied? It came with a tube of thermal frizzy so assume it’s that? I'm going to assume Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut comes with it. It's what EK bundles with their water cooling products. Only says a tube a thermal grease on EK's page.
