Always liked the Nickel/Clear looking + (POM?) black details, but few seconds before hitting the "buy", noticed that the outer part where the connectors go, they decided for clear acrylic. Poor, very poor (my opinion) as on top of the usual pressure from the fitting when screwing into it, would be extra pressure from soft tubing, if used, specially EKWB's own ZMT.
The fact that one can see only the screws passing through the part, OMG, really?
Now struggling to find a matching for my EK-X570-E Strix.
Anyone else noticed/disliked the change from the 2000 series blocks?

They do have the Reference block for 3080/3090 in the classic line which has the POM terminal. Main difference is rather then plastic portion on the end of the GPU for the vector blocks, it has the plastic portion on one side of the GPU block, usually side that goes into the motherboard so could look cleaner in some ways vs the Vector. The coldplate looks identical and as a bonus is cheaper, could be worth a look.
