Elgato HD60 Pro Green Screen

Hi,

Not sure where to put this so will try Home Cinema section.
I have a AverMedia capture card which works ok but have just installed a Elgato HD60 Pro and now can only view a blank green screen.

I'm guessing this is a HDCP issue. I am already using a HDMI splitter which is working with the Avermedia device but not the HD60 Pro.

Any advice on what I am doing wrong?

tv box - hdmi splitter - tv/HD60 Pro - monitor.
