I've made the leap to Vista x64 over the last few weeks. Recently I've plugged my external WD My Book Premium 320 GB in and have re-installed the Retrospect backup software.
The install process ran fine... but when I now run the executable it (1) takes 10+ mins for it to get past the initial "Updating Status..." dialogue and (2) when it does get past this, clicking the "Setup" button to configure my backup plan has no effect.
Any suggestions?
The WD drive was the target of my old backups under XP (done via Retrospect) and still has those backup files on it.
