Do they cost anything?
I was just wondering, I've been underpaid again, I'm going to phone up tomorow and threaten to file an ET1, the amount is £60 but thats 8ish hours of work there and as much as I hate my company, it shorts things out in my head when they don't pay me properly.
And no I'm not going to be civil like last month, as this month they have no excuse, every bit of overtime I did, I rang up, informed them of it, asked them if it was ok and they were fine to pay it to me, rang them up the next day to make sure they'd checked it and had it all sorted. And somehow they've been retarded enough to not pay in 8 hours worth.
