What is this, and how do i stop it? it keeps coming up on my phone whenever i hold cancel, its a nokia N80.

You've either got Packet data set to "connect when available" under settings>>connections>>packet data, or you have the photography software set to automatically upload. Somewhere under my phone>>photography IIRC.

All it means is that the phone is keeping a data connection open even when it's not being used, easy enough to fix
