Hi there,

Ok I have an Antec Truepower Trio 550W which has 3x12V rails with 18A on each. Is this enough to power a 8800GTS?

Your thoughts please.

Thanks

I would have thought so - I think that's what my Seasonic does. I think the spec is 12V with 26A, so combined you should be okay.

eh? Mishima?

When I reply I see the image! Are you about to add a PSU to your basket :)

It should be enough I think my current PSU. There are other people with the GTS running similar spec PSU's just a bit shocking the consumption!

Btw, just been onto BFG website (should have done this before posting thread really) and it says under minimum specifications for the GTS:

A 400W PCI Express-compliant system power supply with a combined 12V current rating of 26A or more*
