How can sites like this be allowed on the internet?
Surely it is incredibly illegal to sell degrees yet these people are doing it in plain site.

So who is going to test the site and buy themselves a degree and post a pic of it for the lulz?

Don't think it's illegal.

Just like anyone - right now - can give themselves the title of 'Doctor' without needing any qualifications at all. They just can't practice medicine.

I think it'd probably look a little crappy on a c.v to have a degree from the university of outer jibba jabba island or some rubbish eh?

About as useful as that 1 square meter of land entitling me to a lordship i got for my birthday one year

A degree gets you an interview. Intelligence and show of competence gets you the job.

Anyway, let the fight between 'I went to Uni, got my degree and I must justify it' vs 'You don't need a degree to reach higher stations in life' groups commence. I'm off to watch The Damned United

My girlfriend is a nutritionist - and from what I gather she is pretty much laughed at and despised by the whole nutritionist community.

The whole term "nutritionist" is pretty much bogus. No qualifications are needed to become one.

Using a degree you earned at a diploma mill isn't illegal in the UK. However, it is illegal is several US states.
