Enslaved: Odyssey To The West Thread

For those that are interested a big highstreet store has started selling this game for £23 on their website and any quidco users can get a further 4% off. Ended up using my membership card points and quidco to push it down to around £19, which i figured was worth it.

Have got all three, and like them all. In order of preference, I'd go Castlevania, Vanquish then Enslaved.

The thing that lets Enslaved down if anything, is it's lack of scale if that's the right way to describe it. There are really only 3 characters through the entire game, and it isn't overly long. You end up with the feeling it's not quite the game it could have been. Still worth a play though.

The Castlevania demo severely undersells it's self. You can get it now for £17.99 as well.

I thought it was great, but it should have been legendary. The two glaring flaws of the game for me were:

Way too short
You didn't know who/what the villain was until the last few mins of the game. It lacked a driving force for around 2/3rds of the game.
