Estimates of cost for this website feature?

The above is a very cool 'Design a Mug' feature, i want to employ something similar on a project i have.

Does anyone have any idea what kind of cost i'd be looking at to have someone make something like that? Im not very knowledgable on web design so does anyone know how its actually made? Flash / Java etc?

And would anyone know who i could go to to get it done?

Its not made in Flash.

I have no idea how much it would cost, but a fully working system of it customized for your site? I can't imagine it will be cheap.

It's Javascript, and uses this library which just happens to be GPL'd, ie availabe for use.

Using it and customising it, however....doesn't look trivial (though it's almost certainly easier than it looks for a competent Javascript programmer.)

I think you'd best get in touch with the guy - he might take on the job or know someone who's familiar with his API
