I can stream 1080p high bitrate blu-ray rips over my homeplugs. In fact I can stream Blu-Ray images.

Same, except I stream 1080p to my PHONE over WiFi no problems!

Good for you, however some of us need to shift big chunks of data rather than stream relatively undemanding 1080p movies.

I've just done a massive renovation and stuck in over 1000m of Cat 6. Yes thats not a typo.

So either a massive house or overkill on the number of ports.
