Mascherano has done brilliantly for Barca at CB and IIRC before he even moved to Liverpool he'd played there for Argentina, it's no different from Bilbao playing Martinez as a CB last season (or Fergie playing Carrick there for us lolz)

Great tackle by Mascherano? No, Higuain pulled away from Mascherano way too easily then took 468 steps before shooting. If he'd either run faster or just shot, Mascherano wouldn't have gotten remotely close. Higuain has been utter gash tonight, as has Di Maria.

RM finally got their revenge on Barca after that 5-0 defeat a few seasons ago. I bet that felt good for Jose.
Barca need Villa back 100%, they need that killer insticnt upfront... Messi had a poor game IMO, got shut down all night apart from a few chances here and there.
