Euthanasia machine

I remember seeing this at the Science Museum a few months back. It was developed by a Dr Nitschke and asked the user a series of questions which they had to answer 'yes' to, after which it would administer a peaceful death.

But what were those questions - I'm very intrigued to know. Anyone know where to find info like this?

Probably something along the lines of are you X person and are you sure you want to die.

Dr Philip Nitschke, a campaigner who pushed for the legislation in the first place, attached a needle to the patients' arms and they were then asked three times by the computer whether they wanted to go ahead.

The final question read: "Are you certain you understand that if you proceed and press the 'yes' button on the next screen that you will die?"

If they pressed "yes", a fatal dose of drugs was delivered to the patient.
