Yes, like in a party etc... though they are still relative strangers.

However, I don't see how much different it is, chatting to the girl serving you coffee or the receptionist of a hotel, or for that matter someone in a queue or on a tour or in a concert. If you have something in common talk to the person, and see what happens.

Oh, so that when you dump them you get grief from relatives and friends, as well as them poking their nose into your privacy all the time and discussing you and your relationship with the other party? How charming..I'll pass...
 
All of the women i meet and end up sleeping with are random. For some reason after i have sex with any women, i dont want anything to do with them afterwards!
 
Got with a girl at a wedding, it wasn't until the morning that I realised I didn't know her name.

Never mind, not only was she stunning but she was filthy too, definitely one I keep in the 'bank'.

+1 however only the chicks that I end up connecting with on a mental/emotional level will I give more fo an effort.

The "i dont want anything to do with them afterwards" is actually programmed into our sub-concious and is in our genes and stems back to caveman days where we would just shag and leave and move onto the next cavewoman. Not that you do, but tis nothing to feel bad about, and is easily corrected if you wanted to fix tat emotion you are feeling.

If you haven't gained confidence, and learned how to be confident then picking up random women really wont be for you. Remember, you need to sell yourself so that radom person desires you and wants to be with you. Then to her she will not feel like some random person you are talking to.
 
If the person I'm talking to is confident then it tends to rub off on me. Whether this be bodylanguage, conversation or prancing round their room naked.

If they're a bit timid then your confidence should rub off on them. But I guess it depends entirely on them.
 
untill last year i would never have done this.
now just broken up with my girlfriend of 11 months and for the first time it was me doing the dumping, met her on a night out, she looks like lady gaga. confidence is up 110% i stand taller and as where i would getout of the way for people i now think "no. im not moving because you look like scum. get out of my way" much more eye contact and the ability to hold a conversation with a hot girl without melting insdie. owe the ex a lot, shame she went a little crazy really.

I met mine on a random street in St Petersburg (near Nevsky prospect). Was with a mate, asked her a question in Russian (about directions) and it went a bit wrong, she laughed, then spoke perfectly in English much to our surprise and delight! We exchanged numbers, met up later that night, 3 years on, we are still together and doing fantastic!

My girlfriend sometimes goes to the park with her guitar and a few friends.
During the summer, she was singing in the park and I went over, sat down beside her and sang a few songs with her.
About a month later, I was with my friends friend and we were on facebook and he saw a picture of the two of us and he said he knew and then I added her on Facebook,got her number and now we're together :)
