don't be too keen for the mods to add loads of people to the premoderation list - having Moderated/Administrated quite a big forum which had premoderation i can say with absolute certainty that it's a massive PITA for the moderators involved.

yep, vaguely remember my first few posts being moderated, bit annoying, but if you post good quality wholesome family type stuff, they usually let it go
