Thanks, I am upgrading from an 8600GT which overclocked well, but we all know it cant hold a candle to an 8800GT.

I'm thinking about getting the EVGA 8800GT OC but I've found out EVGA are doing a Super Superclocked version at 700mhz like the Zotac. It's on their website at the moment, and was hopeful OcUK would look into getting it, could be a winner.
 
My eVGA superclock arrived today and the blurb for it on the oc site says the shader clock is 1500mhz but it is actually 1625mhz, nice one.

How many Cards arriving that day to the warehouse? I'm asking because I want to sell my Gainward 7600 GT sillentFx. I just worried If I sell it now how long I stay without my Pc :confused:

Its faster at 700/1750/200 against 700/1700/2000 and has a 10year warrenty in EU (Life in USA).
 
my Inno3d 8800gt shipped today, cant wait for it!

been a long time since i had a quality graphics card (last was 6800gt :D)
 
The order I placed yesterday morning is still awaiting security validation, I don't understand why since I've ordered stuff four other times since the last 6-7 months. I sent in a webnote this morning but haven't recieved a reply yet.:confused:

If it had been shipped yesterday I would have had it by monday, now its looking more like wednesday-thursday.:(

I ordered a BFG 8800GT OC version, not the EVGA.
 
My EVGA 8800GT SC is being delivered tomorrow!!

Note: used a different retailer and got it for £183 delivered (!)

Can't flippin wait to try the crysis demo with it! :)

So many good titles comin out for the PC soon too (Crysis, Gears Of War, COD4 & Assasins Creed)

I'll post some benchies next week.

Anyone else gotten an EVGA version?

Doesn't look like OcUK are going to be shipping them the Friday they come in unless you paid for Saturday delivery. (Thought they might compensate for the EVGA mess).
 
Hi there

Latest news is all backorders for EVGA 8800 GT reference and superclock will be fulfilled soon.

EVGA inform me that OcUK's orders will be fulfilled, as stock leaves the Munich warehouse this Friday and should hit us middle of next week. The ETA's on the website are updated to take this into account.

Also EVGA have launched a Crysis bundle, OcUK expects to take delivery middle to end of next week in time for Crysis launch on November 16th. :)
