The Gainward's specs are all higher:
GPU = 805MHz
Shaders = 1610MHz
RAM = 4200MHz
The EVGA runs at:
GPU = 797MHz
Shaders = 1594MHz
RAM = 4050MHz

Arghhhh, so expensive!

£500 for GTX580 SC model > just for a tad more speed, should SC not stand for SlightlyConned as peep's have pointed out stock 580 will do this any way. You would not mind if it had better cooling, hate to see the price when they do have.
