Ex EastEnders Star Found Dead

The brother of former EastEnders star Gemma McCluskie has been arrested after a headless torso believed to be that of the missing actress was dragged from a canal in east London, Sky News understands.

Miss McCluskie's brother Tony was arrested at around 4.15am in Bethnal Green, east London, where he lives and where his sister was living until she disappeared last week, sources say.
Police have not yet confirmed the identity of the 35-year-old suspect, who remains in custody at an east London police station.
The woman's limbless body was discovered near to the Broadway Market stretch of Regent's Canal in Hackney at 2.40pm yesterday.

She was in it in 2001 apparently. She's also not been identified as the deceased.

The article says police have arrested her brother Tony, then it goes on to say police are have not confirmed the identity. Does that mean they've arrested someone that might not be her brother?

Reports say she was living with him, must have had a row and he chopped her head off or it was some London witchcraft from Africans, callous to do it then pretend someone else did it.

Not necessarily, I imagine there are plenty of ways people can be killed without even feeling it, if it's really her then she could've been killed beforehand and then had the head and other limbs cut off afterward.
