Exceptions to Distance Selling Regulations?

Are there any exceptions to the Distance Selling Regulations?

Such as unsealed and plugged in HDDs, or retail CPUs?

Of course, warranty will still be intact.


I dont know if i can say too much more, as it wasnt with OcUK, who were good with accepting the TV card i didnt want.
