Exchange email problem / slow opening of email

Hello Everyone,

I have a very strange problem.

When one user(happens to only one user as far as i know) sends and email (just text no pictures) it takes ages to open on outlook.
For example user send email from OWA with hello and send it to 4 ppl on outlook.
When all 4 people click on the email it takes like 5 minutes to open the email and obviously it wouldn't be your average user and start clicking furiously everywhere to it kills outlook.

Any ides ?
I tried sending email from owa with different user and no problems
I have tried creating new outlook profile without cashing same problem

Has the senders outlook got any dodgy signatures embedded that links to external web sites? Has the guys outlook got any custom add ins that the other users of outlook haven't got?

Might also be worth running a new mailbox repair request on the users mailbox hunting for corruption. It's just a simple powershell cmdlet but run it with the -detectonly switch first

Its from OWA, not the outlook, its when the sender send from internet browser owa, so there is no signatures no pictures just text. thats when it takes ages to open on outlook.
Even on fresh brand new profile without cashing

I will look into that mailbox repair, does it make the mailbox unusable while its running ?
