Does anyone else use this god awful system?

We had a forced and unexpected upgrade from FOPE to EOP which basically broke our mail flow (thanks Microsoft).

The GUI is dire! Just trying to perform a simple message trace, when I click search nothing happens

We were moving to Exchange 365 next year, but I think we'll be using an on-premise solution

not a fan of EOP/365 either.

how they get away with only offering money off you next months bill SLA is unbelievable!

they should just say "if we screw your company over and cost you thousands of pounds a day rest assured, as we will give you 25% off you next bill saving you £159!"
