Hi all, silly little thing that i can't wrap my head around.
I have 3 resource calendars that i want everyone in the company to have within Outlook.
I have changed the default permissions to allow everyone specific permissions to it, but i now want to get the calendars automatically appear in every user's Outlook calendar list.
I am aware that i could log on as the resource mailbox and share the calendar manually, but that involves input from the end user to accept and doesn't help new users either.
Any ideas?
