it makes sense for AMD to sell the 5600x £300 and 5800x £400 both expensive products and to keep back the 5900x 5950x until the market is saturated then bring the 5900x and 5950x back when the market is buying the less desirable part, Nvidia is doing the same thing with the GPUs holding 3060ti back and 3080 which are the most sough after, and trying to sell the 3070 and 3090 as much as possible first
5950x is their highest margin chip. Along with the 5800x if you price it £/core.
