right guys I need your help,

I'm trying to source a new exhaust manifold for my renault (1.6 16v Laguna on a V plate). The old one is cracked and un-repairable acording to my garage and a replacemnt part from renault is £440 + VAT

I've tried the local scrappies but they haven't got any being broken at the moment. In the mean time if anyone knows of a laguna being broken or another source of replacement exhaust manifolds that'd be great.

Cheers all

Paul

cheers for looking, I'm not sure how up to date that list is:

VEHICLES IN STOCK FOR PARTS: (UPDATED 23rd August '05)

anyway, I've enttered the details on all of these parts gateway type places that i can find. I had a bigger laugh when I phoned the renault garage, they wated £1K to fix it and they couldn't garruntee when they could source the part for me :D

surprise surprise all the manifolds listed on the bay are for 106, saxo and corsa et. al. does anyone know if the 1.6 16v lump in a clio of '99 vintage is the same one as in my laguna ?

I'd find someone who sells a lot of different types of manifold, and drop them an email :)

They seem to have different engine codes, so I would guess the manifolds will be different.

right then some nice chap in brum is going to send me a new manifold by tomorrow :D

£240 inc bolts, studs and new gaskets for both ends with next day delivery. About £240 more than I wanted to spend but it'll get the POS frence pap back on the road with 12months MOT so it can go in the trader :D
