Expected downtime between BT Wholesale Products and LLU Products

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to move from Pipex, who have bunged me on a BT Wholesale, 1MB Fixed Rate line - not enough bandwidth for the house.

I want to move to Sky Unlimited LLU (which is available in my area). How much downtime am I to expect for the migration?

Normally it's a few minutes but they will tell you up to a couple of hours.

I thought that was only between LLU Providers?

You're moving between two LLU providers - BT Wholesale and Sky/Easynet.
