Experience of Bequiet service - LGA 1700 adapter

I'm having a very poor experience with BeQuiet right now and am wondering if others have had the same experience with them.

I have a Dark Rock Pro 4 on my 11400 and am considering upgrading to a 13600 or 13700 (and also considering a Ryzen) so I decided to buy their LGA 1700 adapter. After an email correspondence with a front-line CS guy I duly paid by bank transfer and heard... nothing. I've checked the bank transfer details and they appear to be correct. I asked the CS guy if he could request that my payment could at least be confirmed. Nothing. Is this normal for BeQuiet?

And it appears that the bank held and then cancelled my transfer. I've yet to find out why. I didn't think to check again - after all, I had already checked - and so when I asked Bequiet to confirm that they had received my money and I got no response at all I went elsewhere. I'll just leave my Dark Rock Pro on my old CPU.
